Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required; 5–10 years in sales leadership roles, preferably in continuous cast/copper or related industries.
• Strong ability to collaborate with Operations, Quality and Supply Chain and proficiency with ERP/CRM systems.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making and growth-focused commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute sales strategy to achieve budgeted volume, revenue, and margin objectives.
• Develop and grow key customer relationships as senior commercial contact for strategic accounts.
• Lead pricing, contract negotiations, and alignment with margin objectives and policies.
