Job description

Allstate Identity Protection is a part of The Allstate Corporation, which means we have the same innovative drive that keeps us a step ahead of our customers’ evolving needs. We combine our advanced investigative systems with our expertise in working with businesses to ensure our customers remain protected from any online threat.

Job Description

Allstate Identity Protection, formerly known as InfoArmor, has been a leader in the employee benefits space for over 16 years. We offer the most advanced identity, privacy, and cyber protection available — and more than 30% of the Fortune 500 depend on us.

Overview:

  • AIP is in the process of expanding our Texas & South-Central territories; we are seeking qualified candidates that have relevant experience selling in the employee benefits space and located in Texas.

  • Territories assigned: Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama.

  • Our ideal candidate needs to be a highly motivated self-starter and analytical thinker who can strategically manage the sales process from start to finish of our Identity Theft Protection services as a Voluntary Benefit for employers to offer their employees, as sold through brokers.

  • Travel: 50% +, visiting brokers, clients, special events, and Allstate Identity Protection corporate headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and manage relationships and pipelines, promoting and representing AIP’s brand image and services to prospective brokers, consultants, and employer groups within assigned target brokers.

  • Develop, manage, and perform to meet EPS (Employee Protection Solutions) revenue goals within the assigned territories and across pre-determined national broker and consultant relationships.

  • As a target account owner, partner with broker & consultant relations to internally operationalize relationships, socialize and communicate best practices to EPS stakeholders and manage accountability with the sales team.

  • May also be responsible for running an assigned target account or accounts.

  • As a target account owner, you will collaborate with Sales Leadership on sales strategy and tactics; spot issues early on, manage short term versus long term priorities, help position organization’s value prop in market, overcome channel challenges, identify root issues in the sales process, for assigned target account(s).

  • Partner with internal operations leadership when necessary to ensure a seamless experience for key national accounts and connect internal SMEs with national account counterparts.

  • Support effective utilization of EPS leadership, implementation, and account management team resources including proposal documents, product materials, ecosystem agreements, etc. for successful front-end sales process.

  • Actively prepare, participate, and assist in the closing of finalist meetings within own regional territory and, if needed, for key national brokerage and consultant prospects.

  • Coordinate with internal departments for the education and training of assigned national accounts, consultants (phone, in-person, webinar).

  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to track opportunity status and revenue projections through the sales process, start to finish. This includes creating personal reports to quantify data. This also includes Target Account updates.

  • Work closely with AIP’s Operations and Marketing/Communication teams to meet client communication requirements and ensure successful project completion.

Required Education, Skills, and Experiences:

  • Employee benefits selling experience.

  • High School Diploma and at least 10 years of strategic selling experience in working with direct B2B sales / indirect channel development.

  • Proven track record of top-tier revenue generation in prior roles.

  • Commitment to cold calling, following up with clients, demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities without impacting deadlines, plan and execute with minimal supervision, strong work ethic, exceptional integrity.

  • Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Salesforce (or similar program).

  • Experience with Web-based applications and communication/networking platforms.

  • Presentation Skills: Via web, phone, and in person.

  • Proficiency in using Sales CRM like Salesforce.

  • Excellent written, spoken, listening, and critical analysis skills.

  • Ability to interact with a wide variety of behavioral and personality styles effectively and make all feel comfortable, internally and externally.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Work well independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Education, Skills, and Experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 5+ years of voluntary benefits selling experience.

  • Experience managing accounts 500 to 1000+ lives.

Compensation: Compensation offered for this role is $81,200.00 - 111,650.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
