ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Saas, Recurrent Revenue Models, Software as a Medical Device (SaMD), Success as Player/Coach, Proven track record in achieving Quota and above, established and relevant hospital /clinical network
Mission:
The National Sales Director will serve as both a strategic leader and hands-on contributor, embodying the dual role of "Player/Coach." This individual will manage the national sales team while actively engaging in direct sales activities, specifically targeting provider organizations such as hospitals, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), and specialty provider practice groups, including imaging centers, spine surgery practices, endocrinology groups, and large concierge medical practices. The role requires approximately 50% travel, including attendance at regional and national trade shows and conferences. Occasional international travel to Switzerland may also be required. The ideal candidate is a motivated professional with aspirations to advance to senior leadership positions within the next few years.
