About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated Sales Director further to develop Cool Jewels’ market position in North America. As National Sales Director, you’ll drive continued innovation and expansion across the North American wholesale market. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, energetic sales professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering results. This role reports to the CEO and is ideally based near their HQ in Hallandale, FL. They will be open to a remote set-up for the right person. Up to 50% of travel is expected, mainly domestic. Your responsibilities include:

  • Sales and marketing planning, pricing, and forecasting for North America
  • Identify, pursue, and capture business opportunities with new national key accounts
  • Manage key customer accounts from prospecting and quotation to closing
  • Develop and implement long-term sales strategies to achieve company growth goals
  • Participate in Cool Jewels’ business strategy development and adapt it to changing market conditions
  • Making sound decisions on customer activities, i.e., pricing, sales campaigns, and promotions
  • Review and analyze activities, costs, sales operations, and forecast data to determine progress toward set goals and objectives
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with major customers and industry associations by representing Cool Jewels at key trade shows and conferences
  • Prepare and deliver monthly business review reports to the CEO

What We Expect From You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Min. 5 years of proven sales leadership and key account management experience
  • Experience in the fashion consumer products, such as apparel, accessories, or similar
  • Ability to implement sales and marketing strategies from conception to completion
  • Solid experience in direct-to-retail sales
  • Impressive track record of growing sales in the North American market
  • Experience with scale-ups in an international organization is a big plus
  • Comfortable with technology & proficient in MS Office 365 Suite and various business software (e.g., ERP, CRM)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, including speaking, writing, active listening, and public speaking.
