Job summary

Tecta America Commercial Roofing in Rosemont, IL is seeking a National Service Sales Account Manager to grow national service revenue and recurring contracts. You will build relationships with facilities managers and national retailers, qualify opportunities, present solutions, and close multi-site service deals while representing the company’s leading roofing solutions.

Qualifications

Experience selling service contracts, maintenance programs, facilities-related services, or commercial roofing services; roofing, construction, or related-field experience is required.
Existing network among facilities managers, national retailers, property management firms, or other multi-site commercial property owners.
+5 years of B2B sales experience with demonstrated success achieving sales goals; experience managing national or multi-site accounts is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success in sales, a strong record of achievement and a proven ability to achieve results.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with key decision makers and develop long-term client partnerships.
Identify, prospect, qualify, and secure new national and multi-site commercial roofing service accounts.
Generate new business through cold calls, email, networking, ZoomInfo, and referrals.
Set appointments, conduct presentations, and develop solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals for revenue, margin, and customer acquisition.
Collaborate with operating units to support clients and expand service opportunities.
Prepare proposals, estimates, contracts, and related documentation.
Follow up on proposals, track sales activity, resolve customer concerns, and drive account retention and growth.
Coordinate with leadership on sales strategies and closing opportunities.
Maintain knowledge of roofing industry trends and market changes.
