Job summary

Tiello is actively seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Safety Manager to lead safety operations across multiple active projects nationwide. The role requires regular travel to job sites, collaboration with project managers and field leadership, and a proactive safety culture focused on OSHA compliance.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of construction safety leadership, OSHA 1926 knowledge, and certifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction safety management, preferably commercial roofing or building envelope.
• Experience developing, implementing, and managing company-wide safety programs.
• Proven ability to oversee safety across multiple active construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide safety operations across multiple roofing/construction projects nationwide.
• Develop and maintain safety policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and federal/state safety standards.
• Conduct jobsite inspections, audits, hazard assessments, and risk evaluations.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective action planning.
• Collaborate with project managers and field leadership to reinforce safety practices.
• Deliver safety orientations and toolbox talks; train employees and subcontractors.
• Maintain safety records, inspection reports, and regulatory documentation.
• Serve as point of contact for OSHA inspections and regulatory matters.
