Qualifications

• Proficiency with spreadsheets and project/scheduling software.
• Able to work in-office in Milwaukee five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Source, vet, and onboard roofing contractors nationwide; build and maintain a bid-ready contractor bench.
• Solicit, level, and award bids across all scopes; normalize scope for comparability.
• Prequalify contractors — licensing, insurance/COI tracking, bonding, safety, and manufacturer certifications.
• Manage subcontracts, change orders, lien waivers, and pay applications.
• Prioritize and coordinate crew deployment across the portfolio for optimal timing, weather, and cost.
• Track schedules across many concurrent projects; maintain a single source of truth for status.
• Collect and review progress photos, close-out packages, and warranty work.
• Coordinate emergency leak response and storm-damage repairs; support insurance claims.
