Job summary

Tecta America Commercial Roofing seeks a skilled leader to head our roofing crews in Milwaukee, directing installation, removal and replacement of commercial roof systems, ensuring safety and quality workmanship.

You will manage projects from start to finish, coordinate with customers, attend meetings, assist in training crew members, track daily reports and inventory, and uphold our standards under varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience leading commercial roofing crews.
• Experience with all types of commercial roofing systems is ideal.
• A valid driver's license.
• Initiative, integrity, and adaptability.
• Must be able to climb ladders and lift 50+ pounds.
• Must be able to work at varying heights and weather conditions.
• Must pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead removal and installation of roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope.
• Oversee roof maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure work complies with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers.
• Manage roofing crew and assist in training crew members; complete required paperwork.
• Track inventory and file daily reports.
