Job summary

Bridge33 Capital in Denver seeks a Senior Vice President of Leasing to lead and execute leasing strategies across its retail portfolio. The role will drive NOI, occupancy, and investor returns, partnering with Asset Management and Investments.

Based in Denver, this in‑person position requires 8–12+ years in sophisticated retail leasing, a track record of closing major leases, and strong Excel-based financial analysis.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of sophisticated commercial real estate leasing experience focused on retail assets.
• Proven history of closing deals with major national and regional retail tenants.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for underwriting lease economics and financial returns.
• Bachelor's degree in real estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred; MBA/MS a plus.
• Must be passionate about managing and developing a high performing team.

Responsibilities

• Head of Leasing, managing leasing professionals across a national platform in 25 states.
• Develop and implement asset-specific leasing strategies for stabilized, value-add, and opportunistic retail assets to drive NOI and maximize investor returns throughout US portfolio.
• Leverage a national network of retailers, brokers, and tenant representatives to source prospects and execute anchor, junior anchor, and inline leases.
• Recruit, mentor, and directly manage the internal leasing team; set metrics and coach on complex deal structuring and negotiations.
• Select, contract, and manage third-party leasing brokerage teams with clear performance metrics.
• Oversee underwriting, structuring, and negotiation of complex retail leases, including co-tenancy, exclusives, percentage rent, kick-outs, radius restrictions.
• Partner with Asset Management to align leasing activity with property business plans.
• Assist Investments during due diligence by validating market assumptions, rents, and tenant creditworthiness.
• Review lease economics using Excel; present NPVs and tenant profiles to Investment team for approval.
• Report to EVP of Real Estate Operations and Strategy to ensure investor returns and company goals.
