Job summary

Skylight is seeking a National Retail Sales Coordinator to support major national retail partnerships and drive operational excellence across forecasting, inventory, and reporting. You will collaborate with National Account Managers and cross-functional teams to optimize store performance and launch activities.

You will build relationships with retailer buyers, planners, and operations, and own critical KPIs from sales to promotions.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience supporting national retail, consumer products, or retail operations.
• Experience with large national retailers strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills turning data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of several large national retail accounts.
• Build relationships with retailer buyers, planners, and operations teams.
• Own weekly business reporting across sales, sell-through, inventory, forecasts, returns, and promotions.
• Analyze retailer sales and inventory trends and identify root causes.
• Partner with National Account Managers to improve forecasts and identify opportunities.
• Coordinate item setup, retailer documentation, and launch activities.
• Manage project timelines for retail displays, third-party vendors, and shipments.
• Communicate risks and blockers early to keep projects moving.
