Job summary

Skylight, a technology startup building the OS of the family, seeks a highly resourceful National Retail Sales Coordinator to support several national retail partnerships. You will manage day-to-day retail accounts, build relationships with retailer buyers and cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Product and Marketing to keep initiatives moving.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in national retail or retail operations.
• Experience with large national retailers preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to turn data into actions.
• Ability to own problems and drive solutions.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of large national retail accounts.
• Build relationships with retailer buyers, planners, and operations teams.
• Own weekly business reporting across sales, sell-through, inventory, forecasts, returns, promotions.
• Analyze retailer sales and inventory trends and recommend actions.
• Partner with National Account Managers to improve forecasts and flag risks.
• Coordinate item setup, packaging requirements, launches.
• Manage project timelines for displays, vendors, shipments and deadlines.
• Communicate risks and blockers early.
