Invitation Homes is seeking a Director, Rehab, Turns & Maintenance to lead RTM operations across the market, overseeing budgets, training, and adherence to processes while delivering a superb resident experience.

You will manage a large team, hire and coach staff, drive efficiency, monitor budgets, and ensure project scope and pricing align with standards. A 4-year college degree and OSHA 10 are preferred; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in a management role with budget oversight.
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in home building production or property maintenance.
• OSHA 10 certification required or within 90 days of hire.
• Current driver’s license and automobile insurance required.
• Advanced knowledge of residential construction and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of federal fair housing laws and local housing provisions.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with computers, tablets and business applications.

Aufgaben

• Manage all RTM activities to meet budgets and performance targets.
• Review reports and drive efficiency using best practices.
• Oversee hiring, coaching, and training of RTM staff.
• Develop proactive solutions to achieve objectives.
• Communicate budget variances to leadership.
• Ensure adherence to processes and high resident experience.
• Inspect homes in turn/rehab for quality.
• Collaborate with property management to resolve resident complaints.
