Qualifications

Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets and detail-oriented work.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with Firm and Rate Committee policies.
Oversee client rate increases and enforce firm minimum rates.
Support re-opening rate protocols.
Conduct rate analyses and maintain accurate rate data.
Work with law firm rate processes and billing systems (Aderant Expert Rates preferred).
Collaborate across teams and departments.
