Job summary

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field and 3+ years of experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the Firm and Rate Committee policies.
• Oversee client rate increases, enforcing firm minimum rates.
• Support re-opening rate protocols.
• Conduct rate analyses and maintain accurate rate data.
• Working knowledge of law firm rate processes and legal billing systems (experience with Aderant Expert Rates preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.

Overview

The Miami, FL office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a highly detail-oriented Rate Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with attorneys, department leadership, and cross-functional teams to manage, analyze, and maintain accurate client and matter rate structures on a national scale. This is a full-time position supporting the firm nationwide.
