Lewis Brisbois Newark seeks a detail-oriented Rate Analyst with Aderant experience to manage client and matter rate structures nationwide. This full-time role collaborates with attorneys and leadership to support rate-setting, rate reporting, and rate committee activities.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and a solid understanding of law-firm billing. Minimum salary sits at USD 75,000 per year, with a range up to USD 78,000.

Responsibilities

• Support rate-setting processes, including annual and client rate increases.
• Maintain accurate rate information across Firm systems and rate repositories.
• Analyze historical billing rates and prepare rate reports for leadership and Rate Committee.
• Support Rate Committee with information, reports, and documentation for review and approval.
• Ensure compliance with Firm policies and rate processes and document approved rates.
• Respond to rate-related inquiries from partners and Firm personnel.
• Oversee client rate increases and enforce minimum rates and committee requirements.
• Identify discrepancies in billing and rate data and coordinate corrections with Finance and Billing.
