Job summary

The Miami office of Lewis Brisbois is seeking a detail-oriented Rate Analyst to manage and analyze national client and matter rate structures. You will collaborate with attorneys and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate billing rates and compliance with Firm policies.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field and at least 3 years of rate-related experience, with familiarity in law firm billing systems (Aderant Expert Rates preferred).

• Oversee client rate increases, enforcing firm minimum rates.
• Conduct rate analyses and maintain accurate rate data.
• Experience with law firm rate processes and billing systems.

Overview

The Miami, FL office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a highly detail-oriented Rate Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with attorneys, department leadership, and cross-functional teams to manage, analyze, and maintain accurate client and matter rate structures on a national scale. This is a full-time position supporting the firm nationwide.
