Job summary

Molina Healthcare seeks a senior quality program consultant to support the quality performance solutions team. You will partner with health plan quality leaders to plan, coordinate, and manage resources and execute quality improvement initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.

You will lead data collection, analytics, and reporting on quality rate trends, CAHPS, health equity/SDOH, and external vendor engagement, ensuring timely delivery within scope and constraints.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of program/project management experience in quality, including experience with HEDIS activities and reporting.
• Health care experience and functional quality knowledge.
• Familiarity with SQL queries in Microsoft Azure or SQL Server.
• Strong data analysis, manipulation, interpretation, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality data collection strategy, analytics, and reporting for quality outcomes (e.g., rate trends, CAHPS).
• Ensure quality programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within resources.
• Oversee data ingestion to optimize EHR/HIE data quality and impact.
• Identify and resolve complex quality issues using data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead complex quality assignments and report progress to leadership.
