Job summary

Molina Healthcare is seeking a dedicated quality program manager to lead data collection strategies, analytics, and reporting for quality initiatives. You will collaborate with health plan quality leaders and cross-functional teams to improve outcomes in alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory guidelines.

You will monitor projects from inception through delivery, oversee data ingestion and validation, and ensure data quality for EHR/HIE data.

Qualifications

• Experience with program or project management in quality domains.
• Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and report clearly.
• Familiarity with QA processes, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.
