Qualifications

• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration across complex organizations.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and quality improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Quality Systems team and align with quality strategies.
• Support NCQA and state regulatory submissions and data reporting.
• Design data-driven strategies to improve data completeness and ingestion.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop reporting on CAHPS, quality trends, and equity.
