National Procurement Manager – Mechanical (MEP)

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Lead national mechanical procurement strategy across MEP projects and partnerships
2. Manage and negotiate with vendors for HVAC, plumbing, and piping equipment
3. Ensure project cost efficiency and delivery timelines across all operating companies
4. Collaborate cross-functionally with estimating, project management, and finance teams
5. Track vendor performance and develop KPIs for strategic sourcing

The Ideal Candidate

1. 5+ years of mechanical construction procurement or supply chain experience
2. Strong knowledge of HVAC/plumbing systems and related vendors
3. Proven ability to manage vendor contracts across multiple regions
4. Experience with national accounts and large-scale supplier partnerships
5. Detail-oriented with excellent negotiation and communication skills
