Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3-5 years overall business experience.
• 3+ years sales experience in pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, device, or equivalent industry within healthcare.
• 1+ years field training experience in medical or healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of exceptional sales performance.
• Demonstrated competency in advanced selling techniques.
• Strong communication and presentations skills.
• Effective 1:1 coaching and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Sales Training objectives, goals, strategies and measures.
• Support development and implementation of product and sales skills training for new hires and sales team members.
• Gain and exhibit competence in computer applications as needed to support Field Sales applications.
• Apply adult learning principles on the job.
• Develop effective group presentation skills for classrooms and meetings.
• Develop effective written communication supporting training activities.
• Adapt training materials to changes in selling and customer environments.
• Know assigned products, markets and customers to ensure effective training programs.
• Accountable for achieving annual goals.
• Yearly review and update of training materials to reflect priorities and strategies.
