Job summary

Western National Parks Association is seeking a Full-Time Sales & Information Associate to support Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument's Retail Park Store in Ajo, AZ. You will engage visitors, process sales, manage inventory, and maintain attractive merchandising while representing the park and the organization with professionalism.

The role requires excellent customer service, basic computer skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Proficiency with basic computer programs and POS systems.
• Ability to pass background checks as required by NPS and park partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent visitor and customer service.
• Complete sales transactions.
• Assist with store duties including inventory, receiving, stocking, cleaning, organizing and merchandising.
• Maintain clean, attractive product displays and effectively communicate product value to visitors.
