• Ability to communicate and attend to guests with high service standards.
• Ability to pass cash handling training.
• Problem sensitivity and ability to report issues to management.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer questions; provide product information.
• Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise.
• Recommend and help locate merchandise based on customer needs.
• Compute sales prices and process cash or credit payments.
• Issue receipts, refunds, or changes accurately.
• Maintain cash register and sales area; keep area clean and stocked.
• Support with special events and promotions.
• Report safety issues to management.
