Orion180 is seeking a National Product Manager (P&C) to join our growing Product Team. You will drive product changes, collaborate with Sales, Claims, and Customer Experience, and own initiatives from planning through delivery.

The right candidate brings 3+ years in property and casualty insurance, 2+ years leading teams, and strong communication skills to mentor and guide projects. This on-site role offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in similar work.
• 3+ years of experience in property and casualty insurance.
• 2+ years of experience managing teams and projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); form automation tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal teams to identify products needing enhancements.
• Lead all aspects of changes (identifying, planning, and delivery).
• Research competitor filings to identify future opportunities.
• Create project timelines and oversee delivery milestones for related initiatives.
• Ensure cross-departmental communication of form changes and timelines.
• Monitor post-launch performance and adjust as needed.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
