Job summary

Tailwind Group, Inc. is seeking a National Operations Specialist in Minnesota to lead on-site teams and manage property operations. This role requires extensive travel (75–90%) and involves training, coaching, and supporting multiple assets within the portfolio.

The ideal candidate drives occupancy, ensures financial obligations are met, and collaborates with Regional Property Managers on property onboarding and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred for operations leadership.
• Experience in property management or student housing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of property management practices and Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site teams during absence of the Property Manager and coordinate activities.
• Ensure financial and operational obligations are met and drive occupancy strategies.
• Partner with Regional Property Managers on training and rollout of new properties.
