National OEM Sales Manager

BubblyNet is a multilayer architecture smart controls solution that is scalable, reliable, and secure. It addresses the challenges of proprietary control systems in the lighting and smart building industries.

The Position

We are seeking an experienced OEM Sales Manager to develop relationships with OEM partners across the USA. This role involves selling our hardware and software through OEM channels, including manufacturers of drivers, switches, luminaries, controls, and other integrated devices.

The ideal candidate will be proactive in reaching out to OEMs and managing sales activities through Representatives, Distributors, and other channels.

Responsibilities
  • Learn and understand our products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and timely information.
  • Lead USA-wide sales efforts, define and execute strategies to develop OEM partnerships.
  • Engage in daily sales activities, interact directly with clients, and close deals, maintaining a customer-service focus.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and product updates to effectively communicate value to customers.
Qualifications
  • Experience in OEM business development within controls or smart building and automation sectors.
  • Ambitious, organized, and goal-oriented with a proven ability to develop OEM partnerships.
  • Strong presentation and analytical skills, confident in channel market development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, databases, email, and internet research.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Information

We are a Florida-based drug-free workplace requiring pre-employment drug screening. This is a full-time position with travel within the U.S. expected. Compensation includes base salary, sales commissions, and bonuses. Benefits include health insurance, paid holidays, and time off after 30 days.
