Job summary

Stand Together seeks a Priority Initiative Leader for Uniting Americans Around Our Founding Principles (UAFP) to steer strategy and change theory for a national-scale movement. You will orchestrate a high-profile coalition of partners across business, entertainment, philanthropy, civics education, and communities to elevate founding-principles-based citizenship.

Qualifications

• Leadership at national scale in a large philanthropic, foundation, or civic org.
• Ability to develop and execute a unified strategy across multiple sub-portfolios.
• Experience building coalitions with high-profile partners across sectors.

Responsibilities

• Set and steward overarching strategy and theory of change for the portfolio.
• Represent Stand Together to align philanthropic, sports, entertainment, and civics partners.
• Integrate campaigns across content, marketing, activations, and fundraising.
• Run disciplined experiments, scale what works, and cut what doesn’t.
• Structure complex opportunities with partners while avoiding execution ownership.
• Establish accountability systems, measures, and decision rights.
• Foster knowledge sharing across Priority Initiatives and teams using tech tools.
