Jobot is seeking a Sr Director of Multi-Site Development & Market Expansion to spearhead national growth in healthcare services. This executive role drives site development from market analysis through launch, building scalable systems for speed, visibility, and accountability across markets.

The ideal candidate combines healthcare expansion experience with strong project management and cross-functional leadership to deliver rapid, repeatable location openings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading multi-site healthcare expansion and related functions.
• Experience opening de novo healthcare locations and managing market expansion.
• Proven ability to manage projects from site identification to launch.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and ROI analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead market selection, site development, and new location launch initiatives.
• Evaluate expansion opportunities using demographic, financial, and market data.
• Oversee end-to-end site development including lease, design, permitting, and launch.
• Build scalable processes, dashboards, and accountability systems.
• Drive executive-level reporting on pipeline, milestones, budgets, and risks.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, talent, clinical leadership, and marketing.
