Core States Group is seeking a Senior Director of Civil Engineering - Multi-Site to lead and scale national civil engineering programs across markets. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, aligning people, processes, client expectations, and financial performance for sustainable growth.

The successful candidate will build a platform that strengthens client confidence, mentor leaders, and drive excellence in delivery while navigating a complex, fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline required.
• Professional Engineering license strongly preferred.
• MBA or demonstrated business leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Significant civil engineering leadership experience including client relationships, team leadership, program delivery, and financial performance.
• Experience leading national client programs and scaling delivery teams across markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the performance, growth, and delivery consistency of national Multi-Site Civil Engineering teams with accountability for client service, team performance, and financial results.
• Strengthen delivery systems, workflows, quality expectations, communication standards, and performance metrics across national programs.
• Build a national delivery platform that strengthens client confidence, supports growth, and becomes a competitive advantage.
• Mentor and develop high-performing Multi-Site Civil Engineering teams with leadership depth.
• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen client relationships by understanding needs, improving responsiveness, and enabling consistent delivery.
• Collaborate with client leaders, project teams, market leaders, and technical teams to support program delivery and opportunities.
• Drive execution across programs including scope, schedule, budget, invoicing, and closeout.
• Use performance data and client feedback to identify trends and strengthen resource planning.
