Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and co-manage a national team of commercial mortgage brokers.
• Set performance targets and provide coaching, support and mentorship.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and develop strategies for team improvement.
• Teach existing sales strategies to drive loan originations.
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
• Teach new brokers to collaborate with underwriting and processing teams.
• Generate regular reports on pipeline activity, deal flow and revenue forecasts.
