Dynamic Systems Technology, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead a nationwide MEPS administrative-support program for the U.S. Army Recruiting Command.

You will oversee staffing, performance, and contractual deliverables across 41 MEPS locations, acting as the primary contractor contact for government stakeholders and ensuring compliant, high-quality support. The role requires substantial DoD program-management experience, strong leadership, and effective communication with senior military

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in Army or DoD operations.
• Experience leading programs of similar scope and dispersal across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of program management, staffing, reporting, and Govt-contractor communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior military and civilian personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall program leadership and accountability for nationwide MEPS administrative-support operations.
• Serve as the primary contractor point of contact for Government stakeholders and Contracting Officer.
• Lead a dispersed workforce across 41 MEPS locations and ensure timely, accurate support.
• Develop staffing, recruiting, onboarding, and retention strategies to maintain performance.
• Establish and maintain a Quality Control Plan; monitor performance against standards and report.
• Prepare monthly activity reports and other contract deliverables; conduct performance reviews and meetings.
