Job summary

Right To The City Alliance is seeking an Associate Director of Membership Engagement to oversee alliance-wide membership engagement, assembly planning and campaign strategy. You will supervise national organizing staff and guide implementation of the Homes For All agenda with member organizations.

Location is negotiable, with travel requirements and the leadership of the Membership Team. The role emphasizes transformative organizing, self-determination, and community power to advance housing

Qualifications

• At least 8-10 years leading campaigns and coordinating organizing efforts.
• Experience with housing justice policy and local/regional campaigns.
• Strong supervision and mentorship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead alliance-wide campaign strategy and organization.
• Supervise national organizing staff and oversee member engagement.
• Coordinate governance assemblies and member elections.
• Develop onboarding for new member organizations and ongoing engagement.
