Job summary

Swisher is seeking a National Account Manager for the MASS channel to drive distribution, revenue and share across national mass retail. You will partner with distributors, cross-functional partners and retailers to scale Swisher’s mass presence and execute strategic sales programs.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in CPG sales, deep Walmart knowledge, and strong data analytics with MS Office proficiency. Up to 25% travel is required, with a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive CPG sales experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Walmart systems and processes.
• Experience using Scintilla data and analytics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial strategy and execution for Mass channels, driving distribution and profitable growth.
• Lead day-to-day account management with distributors, cross-functional teams and retailers.
• Identify white space opportunities and translate insights into plans.
• Drive data-driven selling, pricing and promotional strategies.
• Partner with customers on category management and assortment strategies.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Marketing, CMI, and Supply Chain on store resets and launches.
• Develop annual/quarterly business plans aligned with growth priorities.
• Represent Swisher at trade shows and customer meetings to expand channels.
• Monitor performance and adjust plans to address gaps and opportunities.
