• Experience with multi-jurisdictional litigation preferred.
• Background in transportation, logistics, or related regulatory frameworks preferred.
• Familiarity with e-commerce or gig economy legal issues is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong client counseling and relationship management skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Advanced technical proficiency with litigation and discovery tools.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a nationwide litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Conduct thorough investigations and proactively address discovery issues unique to each case.
• Develop strategic discovery responses aligned with national litigation strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate discovery processes for improvement and risk mitigation.
• Manage and enhance a national claims program, identifying efficiencies and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with attorneys, partners, and clients to develop case strategy and discovery plans.
• Adapt to shifting priorities, emerging legal issues, and evolving client needs.
