Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a National Litigation and Claims Management Attorney in Denver, Colorado. The role supports a large national logistics provider through litigation strategy, discovery, and claims oversight with in-person, remote, or hybrid options.

The ideal candidate holds a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, is admitted in at least one state, and has 5+ years of litigation and strong discovery experience; multi-jurisdictional exposure and logistics knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA‑accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in at least one state.
• 5+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong discovery experience required.
• Experience with multi‑jurisdictional litigation preferred.
• Background in transportation or logistics fields preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with litigation tools.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage nationwide litigation caseload.
• Address discovery issues and conduct investigations.
• Develop strategic discovery responses.
• Monitor discovery processes for risk mitigation.
• Manage a national claims program for efficiency.
• Collaborate with attorneys, partners, and clients on strategy.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and emerging legal issues.
