Job summary

Core Spaces seeks an Associate, National Leasing Specialist to optimize leasing across a national portfolio. You will analyze performance, coach onsite teams, and influence strategy with revenue management, training, and marketing. This role requires hands-on execution and cross-functional collaboration.

The position emphasizes strong judgment, market insights, and travel up to 80% to support watchlist communities and new developments while driving occupancy and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–4 years in student housing, build-to-rent, multifamily leasing, or related roles.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience coaching or supporting teams to improve sales execution.
• Ability to interpret performance metrics and translate data into action.

Responsibilities

• Analyze leasing performance, occupancy trends, and conversion data to identify gaps.
• Conduct market analyses to evaluate pricing and market positioning.
• Deliver coaching and training to strengthen leasing skills.
• Provide onsite leasing support and manage workflow improvements.
• Collaborate across teams to implement leasing initiatives and drive occupancy.
