Candidates should have 1–2+ years in leasing or property management, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Yardi, Entrata, or KnockCRM. Base pay is hourly with commission opportunities, reflecting performance.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of leasing, sales, or property management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in property management software (Yardi, Entrata, KnockCRM).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full leasing lifecycle from initial prospect inquiry to lease signing and move-in.
• Conduct compelling property tours that highlight unit features and community benefits.
• Execute consistent follow-up via phone, email, and text to convert leads into leases.
• Prepare leases, process applications, and complete resident screening in compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all leasing activity within CRM and property management systems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospects, overcoming objections and driving urgency.
