Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Minimum of five years of pertinent experience is mandatory.
  • Three years of managerial or supervisory experience is necessary.
  • Preference for candidates with agricultural education/FFA experience.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in youth leadership development.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee implementation of leadership-based programs at the national level.
  • Manage personnel, provide coaching, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Support staff development and facilitate training opportunities.
  • Oversee revision processes for evolving program needs.
  • Collaborate with managers to ensure smooth integration of activities.
  • Maintain leadership in specific programs and projects.
  • Manage team budgetary responsibilities and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate on responsibility and management of the National FFA Officer team.
  • Fulfill additional assigned duties as required.
