Job summary

The National FFA Organization is seeking a Director of Student Programming to manage on-site FFA conference facilitators, coach staff, and oversee curriculum and program delivery across conferences. This role leads staff meetings, provides ongoing coaching, and serves as primary contact for National FFA staff.

You will collaborate with the Director of Chaperone Programming and Program Coordinator, manage the program budget, participate in weekly check-ins, and complete three mandatory training

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must have dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Must be a team player with the ability to work independently in a frequently changing environment.
• Must have good interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to interact and work with a diverse group of internal and external people.

Responsibilities

• Lead regular staff meetings and coaching sessions for WLC facilitators.
• Oversee curriculum and program delivery across conference weeks.
• Provide leadership and support to facilitators during each conference week.
• Collaborate with the Director of Chaperone Programming and Program Coordinator to support conference operations and participant needs.
