Zusammenfassung

Abbott Electrophysiology seeks a National Advanced Clinical Education Specialist (N-ACES) for LAAO to lead clinical education strategy and field development nationwide. You will design training pathways, standardize competency frameworks, and collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure procedural excellence across Amulet procedures.

The role requires extensive collaboration with commercial leaders, ongoing program development, and travel up to 60% to support field teams and education

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in a relevant healthcare field.
8+ years of experience in cardiovascular medical devices or related healthcare industries.
Experience training physicians, allied health professionals and field personnel.
Experience developing national/regional education programs.
Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Aufgaben

Lead national clinical education strategies for Abbott's LAA franchise.
Design and implement educational pathways and materials for Amulet procedures.
Develop competency frameworks for Clinical Specialists and Territory Managers.
Oversee onboarding and advanced development programs for clinical staff.
Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical Research, and Commercial teams to align education with business goals.
Provide clinical guidance during complex cases and account launches.
Analyze education program performance and KPIs to continuously improve.
