Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Strengthen customer relationships through communication and execution for installers.
• Prospect new customers via trade shows, visits, and follow-up calls.
• Prepare bids with labor, general conditions, and subcontractor costs.
• Prepare project proposals and clearly list pricing and conditions.
• Activate awarded projects and plan deployment with teams.
• Assist in pre-project planning with crew members and schedules.
• Coordinate schedules with customers and the Installation Coordinator.
• Staff upcoming projects for installation needs and requirements.
• Review job specifics with Installation Coordinator and note special conditions.
• Manage subcontractors: bids, scope, scheduling, changes, permits, invoices.
• Analyze sites for potential problems to accurately project production.
• Troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and satisfy customers.
• Track progress and maintain production goals with stakeholders.
• Communicate with customers during and after installation.
• Maintain ratings for local employees to assist future locations.
• Implement best practices and training binders.
