Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in electronic security and life safety systems or related field.
• Ability to define a project scope, develop tasks, and manage to completion.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project).
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and written/oral communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage workload distribution and monitor customer delivery and installation progress.
• Plan, organize, and manage installation projects from start to finish, including scheduling, resources, and budget across multiple installations.
• Plan for, monitor, and maintain project profitability to achieve company goals.
• Review all job cost postings for accuracy and completeness.
• Participate in the bid process with sales on project price points as required.
• Coordinate with General/Subcontractors and other trades and manage required permitting.
