The leader will oversee subcontractor relationships, inventory controls, and facility leases, partnering with sales, operations, and finance to align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10+ years in supply chain/operations with 5+ years in leadership.
• Strong background in demand and supply planning, procurement, and fleet/inventory management.
• Proven track record of driving cost savings and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive installation planning and forecast models to align with customer commitments and budgets.
• Lead demand and supply planning processes with sales, operations, and finance.
• Oversee procurement strategy, supplier relations, and cost optimization.
• Manage inventory levels, turnover metrics, and asset availability.
• Direct fleet, facility leases, and subcontractor management to meet goals.
• Develop KPIs and report performance to COO/CFO, enabling continuous improvement.
• Mentor cross-functional teams and partner with leadership on strategic initiatives.
