Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in the water and wastewater industry, with significant industrial water experience.
• 10+ years of demonstrated success in business development, client management, and market growth.
• Strong understanding of industrial water treatment processes, regulations, and market trends.
• Proven ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams and complex project initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national growth strategy focused on industrial water and wastewater markets.
• Identify emerging opportunities, target sectors, and strategic partnerships to expand market share.
• Drive the full business development lifecycle, from opportunity identification and client engagement through proposal development and project award.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior-level clients, industry stakeholders, and strategic partners.
• Provide strategic direction on industrial water solutions and mentor multidisciplinary teams.
