Zusammenfassung

WIOSS Automation Solutions LP is seeking a National Maintenance Supervisor to lead regional technicians across multiple sites for high-priority maintenance projects. You will oversee commissioning, refurbishment, and system improvements, ensuring on-time delivery with minimal disruption while liaising between project teams and onsite leadership.

You will bring a strong technical background in maintenance, exceptional planning, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifikationen

• Trade qualification as a Millwright or Industrial Electrician through an apprenticeship, certification, or state licensing program
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Experience managing complex projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with automated material handling equipment and PLC logic (preferred)
• Proficiency in CMMS, Microsoft Office, and general PC applications

• Manage the execution of high-priority or technically complex maintenance projects across multiple sites.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
• Communicate plans and objectives for special maintenance projects to the team.
• Align project execution with organizational goals, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
• Lead and coordinate a team of regional technicians.
• Foster a strong team culture focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Act as the primary liaison between project teams, regional teams, and onsite leadership.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and develop best practices for handling special assignments.
• Provide operational support to onsite teams as required.
• Travel up to 100% as required to support projects and onsite teams
