Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Operations leader to assess immunology portfolio performance, drive strategic selling initiatives, and coordinate with leadership, marketing and sales operations to strengthen execution.

You will develop analytics, lead field training, integrate marketing strategies into Sales Training, and prepare leadership briefings and quarterly reviews across National and Regional levels.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of sales experience in pharma/biotech leadership roles.
• Immunology portfolio experience with launch exposure.
• Strong matrix collaboration across Sales, Marketing and Ops.
• US commercial experience with cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Assess monthly immunology portfolio performance and identify strategic opportunities.
• Develop and disseminate sales execution and performance reports with leadership.
• Lead field training coordination and integration of marketing strategies.
• Prepare leadership presentations for quarterly updates and regional meetings.
• Manage incentives and communications for the IAE team.
