Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a senior leader to manage lodging and hospitality partnerships across national accounts. You will own top relationships with hotel brands, ownership groups and procurement stakeholders, driving multi-property expansion and scalable food and beverage programs.

You will collaborate with marketing, finance, operations, and field sales to ensure consistent execution across systems and alignment with enterprise priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with lodging/hospitality national accounts is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and contract-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and expand relationships with lodging and hospitality partners including national brands.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement programs across multiple properties.
• Develop joint business plans, account strategies and performance reporting.
• Analyze insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize program economics.
• Represent Nestlé Professional Solutions to partners and procurement groups.
