Job summary

The Goodman Group is seeking a Full-time National Director of Health Services to provide enterprise-wide clinical leadership across skilled nursing, senior living, and health care communities. Reporting to the VP, this role establishes standards for quality, compliance, operations, and resident outcomes.

This position requires up to 70% travel across affiliated locations nationwide, with flexible hours including possible nights/weekends to support emergency readiness and regulatory demands.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive clinical leadership experience in skilled nursing, senior living, post-acute care, or health care operations.
• Registered Nurse licensure required; eligibility for licensure in applicable states preferred.
• BSN required; advanced degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations, quality reporting requirements, clinical documentation standards (MDS/RAI/PDPM).

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads the national Health Services strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversees regulatory compliance, survey readiness, risk management, and corrective action efforts.
• Leads multi-site clinical operations, quality improvement, infection prevention, and performance management initiatives.
• Provides leadership and development of regional health services leaders and clinical staff across communities.
• Collaborates with executives to ensure resident safety, outcomes, and regulatory alignment.
