Mothers Against Media Addiction (MAMA) seeks a National Organizing Director to lead our national grassroots and membership strategy. This senior role reports to the Executive Director and collaborates with the Digital and Policy Directors to scale our movement with precision.

The leader will drive organizing trajectory, strengthen the chapter network, and build national membership growth pathways while ensuring durable, measurable impact across priority states.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading national or regional organizing efforts.
• Proven ability to scale chapter networks and recruit volunteers.
• Track record of data-driven decision making and reporting.
• Experience aligning organizing with policy advocacy.
• Strong remote team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the organizing trajectory of the organization.
• Strengthen and scale the chapter network and membership growth.
• Partner with digital and policy leads to align strategies.
• Implement systems and accountability for durable scale.
• Lead a small team of organizers and reporting staff.
