Job summary

The Mortimer & Mimi Levitt Foundation seeks a Programs Associate to support national grants programs, managing grantee data and resources, and coordinating network activities with Levitt AMP grantees and Friends of Levitt partners. The role requires strong writing, analytics, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time, non-exempt position involves travel and close collaboration with the Senior Director of Programs and Programs Manager to advance Levitt’s mission of free outdoor

Qualifications

• 2-3 years relevant professional experience.
• Experience in data analysis and evaluation; proficiency in Excel is a must.
• Experience in nonprofit sector preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Post grant opportunities and review applications for completeness.
• Coordinate review processes and funding disbursements.
• Track grantee reports and manage data in the CRM and extranet.
• Assist with grants management system development and content updates.
• Coordinate events and convenings for the national Levitt network.
• Collect survey reports and assist in preparing performance metrics.
• Develop systems to analyze data from grantees.
• Provide administrative support for new grant opportunities and resources.
